I am a skelly at 6'4" and 155 lbs. If I were to just lift weights while eating at a slight increase daily, could I become "ottermode" after a few months?

slight increase? depends on what your daily maintenance needs are and what you idea of slight is. you don't wanna go on some dirty bulk shit, but if you don't eat enough it will just take longer.
