How many days of dieting till I have abs?
I'm at 23% bodyfat rn with 90kg and 177cm manlet height, lost 15kg so far, but still fat, especially my thighs. rip

keep cutting. If you have a good strong core, you will start seeing it at 15%, lower abs will become visible at 12%. Do abs atleast 3 times a week.

Depends on how hard you're cutting. I think MyFitnessPal is able to tell you what weight you'll be at a given date according to your diet.
