Rep range is not what's most important, then again, 4-6 is a good range for good strength progression and a range that is too heavy for isolation movements.
So 4-6 reps compound movements
8-15 reps for accessories.
What's important is that you lift close to failure and incorporate progressive overload, especially to your compound exercises. And eat a lot or you won't get any results.
