Take enough, and yes.
It's an amphetamine, so taking up to 100mg gives you nice focus/concentration and counteracts the jitters you get from a CNS stim; you get a nice mood elevation, but nothing profound.

Recreational doses vary between 200-400mg, 420chan has a few guys with some experience.
It's not gonna get you going like ice, but if you do it safely, why not stack it with something else that doesn't affect your heart?
