How to know if I'm overtraining? I feel like shit in the mornings and have a sense of general tiredness but my lifts are improving every day.
Should I deload or keep it going /fit/?

We can't help much if we don't know some things about your lifestyle at the very least.
It doesn't hurt to do a deload every few months depending on your experience level, even if you feel you don't need it.

Sounds like you're not sleeping enough
Actual over training usually involves a hospital visit
I'm pretty much working from 7am to 9pm. Get home around 9:30, train for an hour, dinner and sleep around 11:30pm. I get up at 6 to get ready for work.

you're just fatigued from lifting - contrary to /fit/ beliefs, you don't have to be 100% recovered at all times (and if you are, you need to do more volume and not be such a pussy)
if you're making gains you are not overtraining

>Thanks, I will also go to a nutritionist and see if I can improve my meals.
