How do you guys do it?
I see anons say to use pain as motivation often enough, but it just makes me weaker.
I do shittier at the gym, I fuck up my diet, basically suck at everything I try.
Teach me your secrets anon.
I'll give the tightest advice you could possibly get and that will give you results:
make sure you're eating above maintenance and increasing the weight on the bar.
You'll make progress.
Get enough sleep, eat enough for your goal body, lift big and make sure your form is right
The only time I "embrace pain" is when I am about to break a PR. I find that inner intensity and tell myself to push through or die
