Any of you guys tried the Arnold Split?
Chest and Back
Shoulders and Arms
Legs and Abs
Training 6 days a week
I'm currently doing upper/lower but considering switching because my arms and shoulders are lagging. Arnold split is mostly the same, just arms and shoulders on a separate day with some extra volume.
The thing is with the Arnold split, I personally like it. But the frequency is too high. I like to do chest/back, then legs to rest the shoulders and arms, then arms and shoulders, followed by a rest day.

I thought that was Sean Lock from the thumbnail.

The frequency is fine if you're cycling.

I did the cut. Currently on phase 2. Great gains and pumps, but it's very intense and high volume. You're going to spend a lot of time at the gym. You have to rest a lot, otherwise you won't be able to recover. It's very tough. I don't do arms and shoulders on the same day. I do: chest/back, arms, shoulders/legs rest and repeat
If some of the workouts feel awkward you can replace them with others. Incline barbell bench press feels very awkward for me so I replaced it with incline DB press.
