I always had trouble sleeping I would go to bed and sit there for at least three hours before I would fall asleep sometimes i would sleep for an hour or two at night. I had that problem from the time i was a teenager until i was in my late 20s then i got crippling depression and an hour after i take the pills I'm out wether i want to or not, if i don't sleep I'm in physical pain from trying to stay awake.
So basically what I'm saying is unless you get medication of some sort you will have this problem forever.

If you need to stay up to do work or whatever, dim the screens or use a red light filter
