I'm currently sitting at 193 lbs (5'11) and ~13% body fat. I lift for strength and eat whatever I want while avoiding refined sugar at all costs.
Is it realistic to cut to 185 at 10% bf for track season? I'm going to be lifting in the morning and doing an extensive HIIT (track workouts) every night. I'm also going to be watching my diet more carfully than I do now.
