If I'm skinny all over but I've got a little belly fat, but I'm also trying to gain muscle, do I still eat big?
I'm perfectly normal everywhere, I've just got a little pinchable fat around my stomach.
I do cardio like running, cylcing, and swimming.

There is no such thing as spot fat reduction. There is no such thing as spot fat reduction. There is no such thing as spot fat reduction.
If you're trying to gain muscle mass, you're likely going to gain a bit of fat, too. Fat on men tends to accumulate in the midsection (the "gut"), just like how fat on women tends to accumulate in the ass/tits/hips.
If you want to get bigger, you're going to have to eat at a caloric surplus. You could try to do some body recomposition, but if you don't have much fat on your body (as you claim), then it's likely going to be very, very slow going. I don't even know why I respond to you apes when you haven't even read the fucking sticky.

What's funny is I'm still a skinny dyel all over, it's just a slight slackness around the gut. I've completely cut out sodas, chips, fast food, etc. from my diet for well over a month, so I doubt it's visceral fat.

I did read the sticky, fucker. It said low caloric diets to lose weight, high caloric diets to gain weight. My question was whether continuing with a high cal diet while still doing cardio and lifting would not affect the area at all, or if I should go low cal until my stomach is completely tight.
