I hurt my shoulder. I think I aggravated my supraspinatus doing too many OHPs with too much weight.
It feels fine unless I try to raise my left hand above my head. Last I went to the gym, I tried stretching it out, but couldn't even press a handtowel I was using to stretch.
Just been doing cardio for a week, but it hasn't improved.
Are there any stretches or self-massages I can do to help it out?
hold a dumbell with your left hand, grab your head with your right hand and pull your head to right. do it as much as you can and switch sides.
