Did i overtrain today? Im still a beginner and idk if Im overdoing it

>incline DB bench press
>seated cable flys
>standing cable flys
>that machine with two bars that you pull towards the middle
>chest press machine

>behind the back dumbbell extension for triceps
>skullcrushers
>tricep pushdowns

About 4-5 sets for each

Should I train more, less, or is this a good amount for 1 workout?

Overtraining is a specifically defined phenomenon and is very rare, it occurs when even with enough food, rest and recovery your performance suffers and you feel like garbage. It's a chronic state (weeks/months) affecting the whole body (musculoskeletal, hormonal and CNS), and pretty much only occurs in elite athletes training 4+ hours a day. There's basically no chance of a beginner overtraining.

Your routine looks kinda redundant, but it will probably fully fatigue your chest & tris so if that's what your after it's okay I guess?
