Hearing Arnold talk about his youth and training/diet is infuriating

Theres one clip where he talks about needing extra protein because he was training 5 hours a day and working a heavy construction job. So he says he took a protein shake in a cocktail mixer and that was the extra boost he needed.

Look at pictures of Arnold at 18 years old. He's either a literal one in a billion genetic freak or he was roiding from his mid teens. Most likely both
