Trainers/coaches - how do you structure your/your clients training programs? Do you do it in sessions->days->weeks? Or do you prefer to think more broadly, such as training sessions -> training blocks? Or some other way?
Interesting concept. I've always just done days/weeks because most of my clients are office workers and it fits their routines. How do you imagine a training sessions/training blocks program would work?
Another question for PTs, do you purposely make shitty routines for people to follow just to get more business?
