Should I eat more even though I have an extremely high BF%? I already have fat rolls pouring over my pants. I'm eating about 200 calories above maintenance right now.
Take it from me as someone who pretty much perma-bulked in the first 3 years lifting, despite being 20%+ BF.
It's not worth it, just cut down to to 10% bf, and then work off that as a base, never go above 15%.

When I mention my weight without BF% asking about stalling I get told I need to put on more weight because I'm way too skinny. How low can I safely drop my weight when it's already pretty low? And seeing as I'm stalling on a slight surplus I'd guess I'd see zero or negative progress on a cut.

Your fat will give you the extra Calories you need for gains, start a cut an keep lifting.

Have a pic? Im same height but am about 172lb and would be at around 20% fat. You may be over estimating your body fat

Stop worrying about cutting or bulking and just fucking lift. Pick up heavy things, put them down, and make sure you hurt while doing it. Stop these fucking threads and use common sense. If you are this clueless you don't deserve to make it.

How are you such a high bf%? Are you sure you really are? I'm 6'0 186 still dyel mode and I'm like 22%. I guess everyone is different though. Anyone have advice for me? Thinking of going on a water fast, I'm sick of cutting and just want to lose this slight belly and awful love handles
