I've had all of this. You need a long break unfortunately. The forearm pain and elbow tendonitis will not go away and will continue to get worse if you don't take a long 2 month plus break. The other problems are probably mobility related. You'll be alright man.

just keep your back protected for 6 weeks, also if you wear a gym bag over the shoulder it could be causign the pain

i get this on preacher just start using dumbells and do lighter weight focusing more on the contraction and you wont get any pain and still get just as many gains

For the forearm pain im afraid nothing will truly heal it except for time off from the lifts that agitate it. As a tip that helped me curb the pain for a while though, try this: make sure your grip throughout the set you are performing is as tight as possible or as tight as it needs to be, consistently throughout the set. Keep the grip constant while you rerack the weight or put it down then very slowly release your grip, one finger at a time starting from your pinky.

Although this wont heal your tendonitis, it will help with the pain.

Trust me though anon, take some time off. Its worth it.

Are you me? Had to lay of squats and dead for a month due to messing up my back. Just finished taking medication for a forearm tendon inflammation. And this right when I had successfully rehabbed a shoulder. I can pretty much only leg press now. Gonna need to start from scratch after all this shit.

but when it feels better do proper warm ups, be careful of jerky movements with high weight, slowing strengthen core/lower back and think before doing an exercise whether it can hurt your back, whether its even worth doing and if theres a safer option.
