So, today I'm going to try and start this.
Has anyone managed to do this already? If so, what would be some decent meals?
I tend to eat chicken and veg as a meal for dinner but sometimes I'm not that hungry and just have the veg, breakfast is toast or one of those breakfast biscuit thingies, I just drink water or have some green tea in between that all that.
I tested my limits so far with the running and it did fuck me up for a few days to try running 20-30 mins in one sitting, no shit. But I've been walking and jogging more than 10 minutes because I can handle it. Figure working this into that will help dramtically for the body aesthetics.
Still, advice is appreciated.

I saw you in the other thread. Everything is pretty much covered in that image, although some light weight training is good for toning up your lower half. Cut out the toast and biscuits, bread will get you bloated. Drink a lot of water and don't neglect your cardio. Calisthenics will get you lean, I look a lot more slim and defined now that I've prioritized bodyweight exercises. Don't completely ignore your upper body, but don't go overboard on it or you'll end up with wide shoulders, which I assume isn't what you want.

if you don't want to go on HRT then do lots of cardio and don't lift much weights and pray that you have genetics/body type for it

Cardio is what I plan to do, exercises after it, on the 'relax' days which I'm guessing is if you're pretty knackered from starting, which I won't be, is more cardio and exercises unless I am well and truly fucked from over-exerting.
