Lanklet here. 30 yo, body of teenage girl. Fucking resentful of being surrounded my whole life by meat tank males twice as thick in limb size, skinny because i just can't fucking eat like an average amerifat. Anxiety and prob small stomach size make me eat like a bird. Has anyone managed to go from lifelong stick arms to thick arms? Even when i work out, i'm a sickly sinewy kind of muscly, not healthy looking. Is there any hope for me?

Fellow skelly here. The only way I am sure to eat three solid meals a day is to wake up early so that by about noon I am ready to eat again. Followed by a normal timed dinner.

Get a high calorie shake and snack on a couple tablespoons of peanut butter throughout the day.

My weight gainer shake has like 400 calories per serving and I have some powdered peanut butter that has like 50 calories per 2 tablespoons. I just throw a couple in there for the extra calories. I take one before the gym, and by the time I get home I'm hungry again. Drink the shake and then I have to wait before dinner because I wont be hungry enough to physically eat all of it before it's cold.

5'10 lanklet who's now 150 up from ~135 as of 3 months ago.

I cant for the life of me eat enough. I actually prefer going hungry than feeling full.

my wrists are similarly small. But Im quite big ( 81-82kg @ 1m75 ) and wide so everybody think I am at least 90kg because of my small joints.

I used to hate my small wrists but now I kinda like it. The cons are that I hate benching, curling and tricep exercises.

In short, if you have small joints, just try to have wide shoulders and a big back and you will look great. You will be always weaker than the big wrists guys though.

Pick one, you are just skinny

For OP, you just have to power through it. Ive gone from 76 kg to 83 in a couple of months with 3000kcals a day. Sometimes I just took whatever food I found before midnight to make the limit. Sometimes I was close to puking.

Now I stay hungry and I actually have to take care not to eat that much. It will get easier.

There's always hope OP. It's time to learn how to eat.

Hey a calorie counting app. For the first few weeks just eat normally and count your calories. After a couple weeks and you know how many calories you generally eat in a day just add on 500 calories every week or so. It may be hard and you'll have to force yourself to eat more but if your consistently eating at a caloric surplus and lifting weights you will get bigger.

Soirce: swore I couldn't gain weight as a 20 year old but gained 30 pounds after college when I finally learned how to eat.
