I don't think so, when we say "don't be fat" there's kind of a judgement to it, like "you could get laid whenever you want as long as you do X thing that's completely in your control". Shortness isn't within guys' control, I don't think there's really an equivalent since the stuff that makes guys attractive is mostly genetic.
