how important is it during bent over rows to have a totally straight back? I don't pull that heavy (about 1 plate) but I find it nearly impossible to keep my spine totally neutral like I do during deadlifts

daily reminder that neutral back isn't completely straight and you will slip your discs if you DL with an entirely straight back

don't excessively arch your back but it needs to have an arch in it
