In order to get strong, a progressive overload is required to keep the muscles growing. We accomplish this with using more and heavier plates on our bars, but what if got rid of this notion and instead set out to not only get our muscles stronger but our brains smarter too? Well, knowledge is gained from books, and books by themselves don't weigh much. But as you accumulate more knowledge, you get more books, which means you have to carry more books. This way you get stronger AND smarter at the same time
