Rate my routine, order is ABXABXX
A:upper
Flat bench
Weighted dips
Overhead press
Chin ups/ pull ups
B:lower
Squat
DB lunges / RDLs
Deadlift
Back extensions
I switch up the order each day and in the second half of the week I switch chin ups with pull ups and lunges with RDLs
