I recently figured out my 1RM for the first time recently. How are these numbers for a rookie?
Deadlift: 300
Back Squat: 255
Bench Press: 185
Push Press: 150

Been lifting with consistancy about a year and 4 months. I lifted before that but an average of 1.5 times a week.

I'm 210 pounds but probably with about 20 lbs of extra fat. I'm assuming I'm not going to lose strength while cutting since I'm still new right?
