Is it possible to maintain nutritiously balanced diet based on eating out/ take outs/ ready to cook meals? That includes fruits/vegs/nuts/etc, basically anything that requires no cooking utensil to prepare other than boiling water.
Basically I have no access to proper kitchen for the time being due to blogpost reasons and I've been cooking for myself ever since I left my parents house so I'm curious whether I should bid my gains farewell or can I still save myself from eternal dyel mode
Any sort of guides would be most appreciated if there's a kind anon out there willing to share
