How is overfat different from fat? You don't call someone like Coleman fat because he is heavy. You call people with an excess of fat fat. So why do you need a new buzzword?

I don't think it's a PC term, it's just more accurate, because it's not the weight that matters, but the body fat percentage. You can weight a lot while having a low bf%, and you can be normal weight while having an unhealthy bf%.

overfat actually seems like a better term
overweight could mean either of pic related. both are 6'2" 235lbs and classified as obese by BMI
body fat percentage will be quite different, of course
