Tfw 165 lbs at 6'0 and supposedly 8% body fat (no bully pls) according to the pharmacy machine and still look like shit because of long legs, wide quads and short torso.
Do I have potential? As you can tell I don't lift, however I did various sports such as martial arts, swimming, bodyweight exercises etc. on and off since I was a teen. Want to start lifting soon.

They work by measuring impedance, but they are notoriously inaccurate. Even DEXA scans are only accurate to within +/- 2% bf.

just start lifting you might not get huge like most bodybuilders but it doesnt matter if you are not planing on making a career out of it , you will improve though if you train right and the first 6 months you will get good and fast gains
