Everytime is squat i get back pain, it completely goes away after 1-2 days though, can't feel any pain at all in my lumbar, but as soon as i put on anything more than 225 and squat it, it returns.

You're trying to fit the program into a UL format while also spreading out the max attempts which ends up being a weird setup where you're doing way too much work on the second lower day and way too many accessories on the upper days compared to lower. Move front squat and snatch DL to sunday, at least one of the two. Consider treating OHP as an accessory rather than equally important as bench, so you can have a distinct heavy/volume split between your two upper days. Isn't sunday already too heavy? I feel like death after 5x5 squats, that's why I added a partial DL accessory. While after 5rm squats I am tired, sure, but I can definitely do 3x3 light fronts, it's peanuts.

I was trying to say you should use one of them instead of doing this, you're meant to put all the maxes on the same day and when you max out on bench your OHP is weaker, hence TM has you alternate weeks. I think this is worse than just doing OHP as an accessory because to me it's not as important as bench and progresses easier. As for accessories, I'd instantly drop flies, calves and abs because in my experience none of those actually do anything. Whether you want to drop tricep work is entirely up to you. Also I'd replace lat raises + facepulls with just reverse flies or thumb down lat raises since you obviously don't want to be training front delts with standing lat raises anyway since you're doing lots of pressing volume. You probably don't need to add incline bench but that's also your call. In my experience 2.5kg on my incline bench is 2.5kg on my flat bench, so I would even go as far as to replace OHP work with it.

If Sunday is too much for you that's your call. For me 5x5 @ ~74% 1rm is very easy. Maybe do an easier variation than snatch DL and move it to Sunday while still doing something that helps you get the bar off the ground like DL to knees.

I won't contest your point about band assisted pullups because I've never done them, but on the other one according to my personal experience you're 100% wrong. I started out fat (105 kg at 1.80), tried chin-ups, failed to even hold on to the bar, went to lat pulldowns, did some sets at a pathetic 45 kg for 5x10, added weight and got to 65kg for 5x5 really fast, and by the time I had become 85 kg I could do 80kg 5x5. Tried bw chin-ups next workout and the only "difference" I felt was ab DOMS. Managed about 5x3.
Lat pulldown --> bw chinup progression is perfectly fine. The movement is 95% the same. It's like saying that high and low bar squats are completely different. They are way more alike than they are different. It's still 180 degrees of shoulder extension and elbow flexion in both cases.

What should the intensity be like?
Currently I deadlift to some capacity 3x a week.
Monday: 4x6 speed work 225lbs
Wednesday: Heavy single 365lbs, then 3x3 315lbs from 2" deficit, then another 365lbs single
Friday: 4x3 295lbs sumo
This is what I did last week and I'm progressing linearly. I've noticed that my heavy singles are still hard, but I do the reps noticeably faster. Like RPE feels the same, I just do a rep really fast now.

I mean you can count for me if you want 150g of oats 4 large eggs (according to the box about 70g per egg) about 50g of sausage all of that with lots of butter, 400-500g of chicken breast with ~250g of rice with tomato and sweet pepper and also tomato sauce (they write it's ~200 kcal per jar I use whole jar) one strawberry yogurt which is 300kcal and I finish with either 50-100g of peanuts or corn flakes with milk and honey.
