Hey, /fit/ I'd like advice on getting upper body, arm strength as my legs and abdomen are alright. I could also do to lose some pounds, not very fat though. I've never had motivation to workout much or become healthy, and I don't have any knowledge of the process so be detailed in your explanations please. Only equipment I have is a Trek 6000 bike, pic semi-related it's not my exact bike.

Unless you squat at least 2x bw, that's bullshit
Anyway you don't sound like the type who would ever be motivated enough to join a gym so just buy a door mounted pull up bar and do a progression from >>>/fit/bwg every other day
If you want, buy a parallel bar station too for L-sits, front lever rows, dips etc
