>Don't even feel like lifting anymore
>Have to go to the gym in two hours, but stopped caring and don't feel like going anymore
>2 years of lifting wasted.
Anyone else know this feel?

Sort of. You go anyway. Even if you don't do anything while you are there, you go to make it routine.

Everyone gets burned out every once in a while. It's okay to take a vacation for a couple days to recharge your batteries but you've just got to make a day where you will force yourself to go back.
It's easy to fall into the habit of not going but every time I take a quick break and go back to knock the rust off I feel fucking great by the end of the workout.

Never stop anon, never compromise, it's never about motivation, or making it, it's about discipline and never letting yourself go, it's about setting rules and boundaries for yourself, about not being weak.
A compromise only brings about more compromises, it'll start small then snowball, be it just missing workouts and bingeing or branching out to your already shitty miserable life.
You just plow through.
No i dont know that feel anon because im not a weak little bitch like you kys
In what way has 2 years of lifting been wasted? Unless you mean that its wasted simply because you've list enthusiasm in which case is has not.
