>"Oh my god, Anon, you work out how many times a week and still look THAT shit?"
good thread about another non-existing scanario op
Does anyone know a fitness forum that's actually helpful, I don't need it to be 100% serious but /fit/ is just to shitty

Art thou trying to summon me with thy picture?
I actually went from lifting 6 days a week down to 3 days a week because of how unaesthetic I was/am.
Turned out to be a bad idea because I looked even worse lifting 3 days a week on FB.
Now I'm back to 6 days a week PPL and I've improved again.
Some of us just aren't meant to make it. I've come to the realisation that I am one of those people, as after 6 years lifting, I look pretty much no different to what I did at 2 years lifting.

Naw m8, I go 5 times per week but I'd probably say some lie, like that I rarely go and prefer to hike a few times per week and do some pushups.

this, reddit /fit subs are actually way better if you are actually into fitness and not just shitposting
Yeah only once a week, crazy right?
