Everyone begins somewhere, I got ahead of myself and felt shitty when I started bench for the first time and 20kgs was tough, and I'm a big dude (it was fat but I had pride) and I roll of shamed 3 reps in.
It gets easier my man, you just gotta keep at it, do other lifts tomorrow like deads give it a rest day then go back and go for 5. Maybe even add weight, it'll get easier bruh

I just started lifting and I've been going earlier and earlier in the morning since there's only 2 stations to squat at my gym and it's always full. It's embarrassing being watched by people waiting in line. I failed 3 times that day I did the squats. At least I know where I'm at now. It was my first time doing squats.
