>tfw no money for equipment, gear or gym
>tfw when comfined to do calisthenics until I finally save enough money for a home gym
>tfw due to the reasons above, I have no idea how would my lifts be.
Well /fit/ I gotta work with what I have: Current routine is this. Its a fullbody
>push ups, 3 sets of 20 reps
>disp, 3 sets of 20 reps
>inv. rows 5 sets of 15
>back extension, 5x5
>sit ups, 5 sets of 10 reps
>oblique crunches/lat. leg raises, 2 sets of 10 reps on each side
>leg raises, 3 sets of 10 reps
>squats, 5 sets of 10 reps
>planks, 4 planks of 60 secs
And after all of that I do dragon flag progression.
Surprisingly, I have seen gains. Getting stronger, back looks better, but I've lost 1kg, wich is bad beacuse im a skeleton, but anyways.
Have been thinking, should I instead do a brosplit?
What I have thought is
>Do upper body day (arms, chest, back), then core day, and then leg day.
>Do upper body and legs, including core in both
>Keep doing fullbody.
Well /fit/, what do I do? I gotta do what I can with what I have, and im not gonna give up any time soon. What do you guys think?
You could always fill a backpack or two with dirt/sand and use them for lunges/shrugs/farmer's walk.
