I hurt my lower back a few days ago but now it feels better again. Should I go right back into my heavy squats and deadlifts or just wait a few more weeks?

Stretch as much as you can and replace your squats/deadlifts with things that focus on your core, i.e. Sit-ups, body squats, etc.
Do this for two weeks and begin doing squats/deadlifts with a very low weight and progress in weight at a comfortable pace.
You need to avoid snapcity at all costs, don't be dumb and not train a body part that is obviously weak.

>weak back
>do more situps
Why though?

Where should I start and what kind of increment should I use if my max squat and deadlift is only 200 and 225

strengthening the core will help lower back. They are on the opposite side of one another, a weak core will cause a lower back injury

This except sit-ups are shit and can hurt your lower back even more. Do planks, side-planks, hanging leg raises, L-sit.
