I just recently started dieting last week. I'm 6'0 and weigh 215 pounds. looking to drop down to 185 pounds for my first goal.
I use to drink 4 cups of tea a day with 4 teaspoons of sugar in each one.
Ate shitty vending machine foods and drank shitty vending machine ice coffees that was 350 calories a can and god knows how many grams of sugar.
I use to eat 2 big means a day, 1 in the morning and 1 at night.
now i cut all sugar from my diet, started drinking green tea and apple cider vinegar every morning and started eating 4-5 times a day in small portions.
You guys got any other suggestions other than exercise i can add to my diet to burn fat faster?
