Hey bros, more often than not my nerves will be completely shot and I'll start shaking with overwhelming adrenaline-rage when I'm in a confrontation. Like, straight confrontation with zero nuance.
Does this regularly happened to you guys as well? If not, how do I curb it?

It's normal response and happens to me as well. However, if you get into fights and confrontations more often, it will calm you down a little, you'll get used to it.

yeah IDK what the deal is
I never get OUTWARDLY angry, but it seems like my progression of anger has left me. There doesn't seem to be much of a gradient anymore. Someone goes a little slow in traffic and I light the fuck up. Never express it because I'm not a neanderthal tho.

It happens to me aswell, this afternoon I almost fought a guy over a parking space. Got them jitters right away, shaking like a motherfucker but considerably less than the last time I got into a confrontation.
So basically what this bro says
