Not much since I usually buy in bulk from costco. As i said before though im away from home, so im eating whats available. I can give you an idea of my normal diet which would have similar macros and is cheaper
What are good sugar values for a lean bulk? I am under the impression that it doesnt matter for eright gain but for body composition.
