I've done the pills, patches, gums. It's the habbit itself I find hard to kick. I only vape the lowest nicotine level now, so there's not much in my system at all. I don't get aniexty or angry if I don't vape, but I still end up going back to it. I've kicked a lot harder drugs/habbits in my life but smoking/vaping is a vice I wouldn't wish upon anyone
