5'8 248lbs eating 600~ a day
(could be eating 1700 to lose 2 lbs a week but why not 4lbs if I can do it which I have)

Don't really care about losing my gains, I gain them back easily.

1200 -1500 and sometimes 1700 with cheat days of 2000 (weekends sometimes)

I dropped to my current weight down from 225 over the course of four and a half months.
I ate exactly 2000 calories a day and went to the gym four days a week. I gave myself one cheat day a month where I ate however much of whatever I wanted.
I lost 70lbs off mydeadlift and squat, but my bench and OHP maintained.
