Ez way to fall asleep and or relax and calm down is to breathe out for at least 11 seconds. Ideally, inhale for 4 to 7 seconds and exhale for 11 to 20 seconds. Do this for 10 minutes, you'll fall asleep. It actually somehow influences the vagus nerve and shifts your body into rest mode.

in the past 3 days period i literally have slept 5 hours
two days ago i couldnt sleep at all
yesterday i managed to fall asleep at 6pm and woke up after 2 hours
today managed to fall asleep at 6pm as well and woke up after 3 hours
keep in mind that I went to bed at 23:00
I tried everything : reading books before a sleep, taking supplements, listening to calming sounds, listening to audio books, yoga before sleep - nothing helped.
nedless to say, I also exercise, dont eat before bed and dont consume any caffeine
i seriously just want to cry at this point
