warmup:
egg beaters x 200m
freestyle x 500m
backstroke x 300m

main x2:
egg beaters hands out of water x 100m
egg beaters elbows out of water x 100m
egg beats arms fully extend up x 100m

if you can bring a 3 or 5 gal jug into the pool, keep your chin out of the water while it drains. or hold it while doing a 50m with it.

this will get you ripped in a couple months

it'll take a little bit of practice before you get the coordination. try practicing on a chair at first. don't try this with shorts, it will not be fun. speedo recommended.

shorts really mess with you range of motion. you can try using a jammer(pic related). i used those at first, then when i got my first speedo, it a was a world of difference. just wear it, no one cares, and women love speedos.

i used to have a decent belly in highschool, and used to run the track in a speedo. doing so got me mad pussy. no one cares dude. take it from someone who played water, and swam for 6 years, once you go speedo you never go back.

no one at the gym cares, if you got a belly, you're there to fix it. trying to hide it makes it more obvious

In Europe and most of South America swim briefs are considered more common then board shorts. I dont understand why people here in the USA are that self conscience on showing bulge. It even looks bad wear those board shorts how can people swim in it.

If you're new to exercise you can probably built a LITTLE bit of muscle provided the intensity is high enough. But if you think swimming can build you as much muscle as weight lifting then you are mistaken.
