People with joozy defined pecs, how long did it take you to get them? Also, what were/are you benching/incline benching/whatever you do?

I've come back from a one year hiatus 2 months ago, started from somewhere between skinnyfat and fat. Been going on a cut and my waist has gotten pretty small, arms and shoulders have really gotten some nice definition and strength and in general im on the noob gain train. However, my lack of definition in my outer pecs is bothering me, they look pretty okay wearing a t-shirt or tank top but without they still look like manboobs albeit firm.

Do bench and dips 5x5 you will get joocy when you get strong

The guy in the pic has overdeveloped lower pecs. I prefer the wide and flat chest like Klokov's

Just do lots of bench. It will grow.

Bench atleast 3 times a week. 10 sets of 8. Go heavy. Do drop sets or reverse pyramids, Try to get a good pump, and lift heavier every session.
