/fit/, I'm having some significant left shoulder pain during low bar squats. High bar is fine. Anything I can do? Should I give up the low bar and just hit high bar for life?

Try to do this stretch,
I'm sure as all fuck you can do it with your right hand above your shoulder/left hand on your back. So, for 1 minute every day especially after workouts, and anytime on rest days, do this movement for 60 seconds
1st- Left hand Above/right hand under(if you cant do 60 secs, do sets of 20's or whatever not less than 20)
2nd- Reverse positions and same 60 seconds.
I made sure I did this every day and almost all my shoulder pain from all the exercises I do was gone.

i kinda fixed this by closing my hands closer to my shoulders so i lift the bar more efficiently

I do that pretty frequently. Oddly enough, I can do it right over left under easily, wrist grab and all. Left over right under gives me pain on my right shoulder, and doesn't feel like much in my left
