Calories are a unit of energy.
Carbs, fat and protein are the three main macronutrients you get from food.
Carbs contain 4 Calories per gram (assuming sugar, it will be less per gram for more complex carbs)
Fat contains 9 Calories per gram
Protein contains 4 Calories per gram.
35/35/30 refers to 35% Carbohydrates, 35% fats, 30% protein.
