OP, unless you are training for competition, 4 times is entirely too much. You are gonna look like shit.
Depends on if you're trying to do max effort every workout.
If you do some as speed work and some as pause work, you will be fine.
But no you will plateau pretty fast if you're going heavy with an aim to go heavier every workout.
