Cause you've got the wrong attitude you have to treat gym like something that you have to do no matter what. You can't imagine not drinking or eating so treat gym the same, as part of your routine, just block all the other thoughts. In a month it will become a no brainer

Same feeling, just hit up the gym for the first time in nearly a month. I believe 3 weeks is the amount of time it takes to cement a new habit. Keep at it brah
