Thoughts on fullbody routine with heavy/medium/light day setup? Primary goal is to raise OHP. Pressing 3 times a week in different rep ranges
Heavy days is for singles, 1RM, reps in the 1-5 zone with low volume
Medium days you'd go for 6-10 with moderate volume
light day you go for reps 8-20 balls to the wall volume. 10x10, 3x20, etc. Basically fluff and pump work.

How much volume do you want to do
Consider HLM with something like
>push press for heavy day
>dumbbell press for light day
>ohp for medium day
Or if you're sub 2 plate presslet do SS, advanced novice and TM.

Your OHP will take a hit initially but it might unstall you if you stalled
But then again TM or advanced novice would be no worse for OHP I think.
