Been doing texas method but stares soing olympic weightlifting classes to learn how to clean and snatch better etc. Decided to drop it and do OLympic weighlifying 3x per week fot ~2-3 weeks until i get my lifts up but dont want to detrain myself. Any tips? Im thinking so 4 main lifts 5x5 (maybe deadlift 1x5) once per week, but wondering what specifically. Im thinking mon wed friday olympic. monday deadlift 1x5 tuesday OHP thursday squat friday bench im willing to take any suggestions. Plese respond quick im going in like 30 mins
