How long did take for you to regain strength after a long break from lifting?
I just got cleared to lift again and I can't even bench my old warm up (185) and I've lost all my drive to go back to the gym

around two months to get back or very close to where i was
I used to deadlift 3 plates 8x3.
Now, after two months, I'm back at 2 plates.

Took me two months to get close, probably three to be as strong as I was. I'm now back at it for five months and a fair amount stronger than I've ever been

Two months seems about right even for someone who took over a year from lifting. Of course, you can take a longer hiatus if "not lifting" also means "but doing calisthenics". A couple of months from not lifting takes me two weeks for me to recover my strength. The longer you don't lift (and the more sedentary you live) the longer it'll take you.
