Why is there no prepared meal that has exactly 100% of each macro

Why is there no prepared meal that has exactly 100% of each macro and micronutritient?
So instead of worrying everyday about what to eat you would just have your daily meal.
Would something like this be possible?
Would you eat it?

Alternatively I could imagine like a prepared week. That over the course of the week you have a diverse prepared meal that gives you all the micros and macros.
