I tried this and it really didn't work. I counter her calories for her and made meals. As long as I had time to this for her (and me) everyday it was fine but as soon as I need to spend and evening working on a paper or want to take a night off she's like "what should I eat? Pasta and butter?" She is has no idea how to pick healthy foods and can't cook without help. I can't tell her "here read all these nutrition books!" so you'll know what to eat!
